I'm in my second trimester and worried about my pregnancy so called in for an appointment and was cut off, told only the nurses can assess for appointments and if they're necessary, and was not treated with one ounce of respect by the person who answered my call. People are being very vulnerable when they are calling in and worried about their health. They are not irritating children acting out. They're adults who need your help and it's your job to be kind to them.
