If you have the unfortunate fate of tenting from this company keep a folder and document every payment, very email and text message, record your calls and in person meetings. Since being a resident in this location and unit for three years, WPD has been nothing but disrespectful to me being a resident. To go further with explanation no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. WPD has changed the cable company to something so cheap I never even heard of it and it goes out every time it rains. Also, as for parking they change parking to being paid and then letting anyone park wherever they wanted even though everyone had an assigned parking spot that stayed in the building. You only have one person to communicate with and that person is your property manager of the building. If your property manager has a big work load or can not manager time. Then you will be waiting & waiting. Property manager went on vacation did not inform the building and I'm texting & emails to nobody wow. WPD also switched property managers and no email or text that we have a new point of contact. But mass emailed us about air conditioners.
