I called about a water abatement situation because my house had flooded, and I did not even receive a call back. This was not a small flood it was huge. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this company at all. In fact, we went with Emerg NC, and they are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Aaron is the consummate professional. The quality of his work speaks for itself, and I have never worked with anyone more transparent, honest, and ethical than Aaron. If you have any water damage/restoration needs, you should call Aaron first!
Aaron and WP Restoration are very professional and honest brokers. I had a great experience with them where Aaron gave me easily over an hour of his time explaining and inspecting my crawl space. Turns out the issue was with our HVAC system, not the crawl space itself. Aaron clearly takes pride in what he does and wants to do right by all his customers, old, new and prospective. I'd recommend WP Restorations to anyone with crawl space or water damage needs.
