I think people might believe they don't need an insurance agent in the world of online quotes from insurers. Not true. In my time working with WP Dolle, my coverage has increased, and my rates have decreased thanks to their diligence. And the shopping process is much easier. I've recently had to file a claim due to an uninsured motorist. This claim coincided with policy changes and a renewal, and April Rowe has been incredibly helpful in supporting me through all these processes. Having an advocate like April is invaluable.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I work with April Rowe and she has made every single process a breeze for me. She helped me when my husband was overpaying through another car insurance company and then also helped me make a transition from a company I had been with for 10+ years. I feel confident with the coverage and company we now have, and comfortable with the new rates.
