Asked for them to see if my check engine light code was an engine misfire, something Autozone does for free. Half hour later I was told yes and was handed a bill for $90. I told them it was highway robbery. Was told but Autozone doesnt clear codes which was a lie.. they do.. then was told the mechanic had to go on the computer.. if it took more than 5 min of his time he's inept.. then was told that he wrote down what needed to be fixed.. that's not what i asked for. I can't say enough great things about the employees at WPAutomotive. It wouldn't be adequate to describe the incredible job they did on Coco (my Buick Enclave). Even when Colonial Ford of Plymouth MA. (The dealer I bought from. I will NEVER do business with them again) did everything they could to hinder the process with their ghetto extended warrantee, they still found a way to get me up and running (the mechanic even stayed late because he knew I had to get back to Springfield MA. for work).
