Friendly and professional staff didn’t have any dramas over the 18months.
Been storing here for years. The staff are friendly and so helpful! They do out of their way to help whenever possible! Outstanding service!
After renting a 20 foot storage container for 2 years they are refusing to return over paid rent and bond money. I will be going to the Department of Fair Trading and the ACCC to make this business accountable. Having a hearing impairment doesn't disqualify you from accountability, I have a hearing impairment, I am accountable.
We have used Woy Woy Storage on two separate occasions, once for a caravan and then for a boat. Shaz has been very helpful, efficient and friendly each and every time we have contacted her. We highly recommend Woy Woy Storage.
For the significant time I stored my boats and caravan there, the place became my second home. The friendly, awesome team were with me on the journey. At times I wanted site changes and they displayed great patience and willingness to make me happy. I loved the bush setting, the sound of abundant bird life in the surrounding hills. There were the friendly little water dragons in the pond. The sound of water gushing through the creek after heavy rain was enjoyable. Ad soon as I buy a new boat I will be back. Miss you all.
