I engaged this company in August 2025 after an on-site appraisal quoting $245 per clean. After the first clean, the rate was increased, and then it was increased again after the second clean, taking it to $317. Because the quote was based on a face-to-face inspection of the property, the back-to-back increases so early on felt like a “low initial quote, then raise the rate” approach.
