Amazing stay! Guys weekend and we had 15! Place was definitely big enough and great enough! Definitely will be back. Enough towels, and sheets. Kitchen had so many supplies!!! AMAZING isn't enough for this place!
TOTAL SCAM - stay away from these guys! We booked a reservation through VRBO who contracted out to WOW rentals. As our trip got closer, the stay at home orders in California due to COVID got stricter and forbade staying at vacation rental properties. I called them to inquire about their cancelation policy and was told they were not canceling rental properties and were essentially going to ignore the state orders. Very professional and friendly people in the office. When we had questions, via text, got replies in minutes, which was very cool. The house we stayed in was perfect for our family, and our son loved the swings, and being steps away from the lake was cool. Great stay.
We stayed at Oak and Luna in Big Bear, CA for my fiancé‘s birthday and it was amazing. From the moment we checked in at the WOW office, it was first class treatment the whole way. We also extended our stay one day without any hassle. I can’t wait to go back to Oak and Luna or another WOW property. Big thank you to Ryan and the team there.
