！！WARNING AVOID！！ There is no customer services in this company. Bought mattress for almost a year, it sag in the middle casing some uncomfortable in my back. Email three times and no response. If you're confident with their products, go ahead. Otherwise, it would be painful if something goes wrong

I recently purchased a new bed from you, and I am very disappointed with the comfort and support of the mattress, i thought it would be far softer than this. Since using it, I have been waking up with numbness in my legs, no matter how long I sleep. The mattress feels extremely hard and not soft or supportive as expected.
