Owner is horrible! This is the second time she ruined my eyelashes . I went into get them fixed she refused. Please stay far away from this place. This was definitely my last time going here. Bad customer service and rush jobs. also my nails don’t last but a week in a half.
This place never has enough staff Everytime I go they always make me wait sometimes they tell their customers “to come back tomorrow “ Please save your time and go somewhere else also when you ask any questions about their point system they never know anything and they just straight up smile in your face and just say “I don’t know” Unprofessional
Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. The price was changed after we had already agreed on it. On top of that, my nails looked nothing like the inspiration picture I showed. I chose to stay quiet about the design and move forward, but things got worse when I went to wash my hands and the price suddenly increased. Tina did our pedicure. Very nice. Even comes with a shoulder massage.
I came here because my favorite nail artist Mimi is at this salon. She is wonderful. The atmosphere is vibrant and alive and everybody is cheerful and happy. I recommend this place for any of their services, including neck and shoulder massage. Prices start only at $30 for pedicures up to $66 and they are marvelous. It’s like going to a full day massage salon. The cost for my gel nails is $60 for the builder gel. And while I was having all this done, I had a wonderful mimosa.
