Update for October 2024: WoW is leaving Canton MA. It would have been nice if they gave us a warning earlier. It would help if WOW sends out text message broadcast when opening hours are affected by weather.

All about the fees and the staff will lie about cancellation fees and just fees in general. Keep in mind for new members that you will be charged a $60 yearly machine maintenance fee on your second month of the yearly membership and you can't cancel the membership without a 30 day notice. Canceling is ONLY by email and they can take an average of 7 days to get back to you. The canceling is a 30 notice once again.

This company is all about money. Very slow with any billing inquiries. If you want to cancel or freeze your membership, you have to tell them far in advance, otherwise, they'll charge you for an extra month or two! Advice: comunicate with them via email, so you have proof. Terrible, terrible company policy.

This is supposed to be workout world, but I experienced the worst. We requested a cancellation of our membership in person, was directed to an email but it was never processed and sent to collection instead. We were told we would not receive any repercussions from canceling yet we faced a large amount of fees for cancelling. It greatly disappointed us to have this experience and that it didn't work out at all. It is all about the membership fees and not good customer services.
