I enjoy going to WOW to work out. Annett the owner of this fitness club is an awsome person she makes you feel very comfortable when you walk in. She will take you on a tour of the fitness club introduce to all the equipment. Show you how to use everything. I like being able to go any time I like to work out. I recommend this place for working out. You can do it no matter what your age is. There is something for every one. Come check it out.
