Wow waxing was literally the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. They definitely don’t know how to use the type of wax they have. I haven’t shaved my hair in over a year and this isn’t my first waxing experience, so I know my hair isn’t thick. She left so much wax in my pubic hair and couldn’t make the wax come off, it was extremely painful, each and every time she kept pulling the strip because no actual wax would come off. Lena and Kelly were extremely accommodating and friendly (I didn’t have a prescheduled appointment and they made sure to accommodate me). Was very happy with the service. Only thing that I felt a little frustrated about was that I was told it would be cheaper than what they charged me at the end.
TRASH! Because of language barrier, the staff assumed I was waiting for Ashley (owner). Although they had my booked appt at 11 am should've known my name is also Ashley. This error caused for me to be in the lobby for 30mins waiting for nothing. Once they attempted me, the work was awful, took over 45mins on a Brazilian wax and they charge Butt/crack separately. No-fuss, straightforward waxing spot! Kelly was super nice and made the experience as comfortable as it can be 😂 I would definitely come again.
