BEYOND HORRIFIC. My son cancelled service ant his Auburn, AL residence in MAY. They have continued to charge us, despite COUNTLESS conversations & ticket “escalations” since then. He dropped his equipment. Off at the Knoxville, TN Dropbox where he & was told that was fine. Naturally, they continue to say they never received the equipment. My husband, myself, & our son receive regular texts & emails from this company that we owe them over $400 & we owe them NOTHING. Love how you change the rate on a bill and never give a heads up! How about offering your long term clients a special rate. The only reason I still have this service is because it's about all I can get in my location. $5 more a month I'm sure is no big deal to you but to customers it is. I have seen more rate hikes with you, connection issues and just overall lack of support.
Works well when it works, seem to have blips fairly often and if they keep raising the price I am going elsewhere.
Nothing but problems since the start.
