Nothing but problems since the start.
The worst it’s been 3 years and I’ve sent the equipment back as soon as I cancelled and the claim they didn’t get it and turned it and a bogus bill the suddenly found after I was told, I didn’t know anything the equipment I did send back now they’ve turned against my credit a brand new price for a 10 year-old piece of equipment worst company ever I will never use them and I will talk to anyone. I can out of using them I hope they go out of business.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I told them I was happy with my provider and they insisted on sending me the equipment anyway to "see for myself". They lied initially about how much the service would cost. I never had the equipment connected and was still charged $130 on the first "bill". Was once a solid Internet provider - No more Now every week or two internet looses connection intermittently from a few hours a day to a few whole days. Going to be switching to Verizon 5G Wireless Home Internet Service - Now less money then WOW and neighbors use and love it. Look at all the complaints on here - Shame on you WOW!!!
Pretty terrible overall. At first it seemed great, fast connection..then it went bad. The service kept dropping out constantly. To the point where it seemed out more than it was on. I called on a few occasion and chatted online to try and fix this issue, but it was never resolved.
