Bill was higher than quoted. I had screenshots from the Chat with a live person stating exactly what my bill would be ($40.91) the following month. Wow did not honor what was promised even while knowing that I had the screenshots that supported what I was saying. Wasted so much time trying to get them to follow through and do what they had previously promised to do.
Tried this company due to supposed low prices. Ended up paying about double rate ($80-90 per month) over the 6 months I used them, due to hidden fees, inability to set up autopay due to their website having severe technical issues, and having to make multiple payments through customer service. I had about 12 times I needed to contact customer support, unfortunately. Massive wastes of time. BEYOND HORRIFIC. My son cancelled service ant his Auburn, AL residence in MAY. They have continued to charge us, despite COUNTLESS conversations & ticket “escalations” since then. He dropped his equipment. Off at the Knoxville, TN Dropbox where he & was told that was fine. Naturally, they continue to say they never received the equipment. Love how you change the rate on a bill and never give a heads up! How about offering your long term clients a special rate. The only reason I still have this service is because it's about all I can get in my location. $5 more a month I'm sure is no big deal to you but to customers it is. I have seen more rate hikes with you, connection issues and just overall lack of support.
