Love how you change the rate on a bill and never give a heads up! How about offering your long term clients a special rate. The only reason I still have this service is because it's about all I can get in my location. $5 more a month I'm sure is no big deal to you but to customers it is. I have seen more rate hikes with you, connection issues and just overall lack of support.
Works well when it works, seem to have blips fairly often and if they keep raising the price I am going elsewhere.

The worst it’s been 3 years and I’ve sent the equipment back as soon as I cancelled and the claim they didn’t get it and turned it and a bogus bill the suddenly found after I was told, I didn’t know anything the equipment I did send back now they’ve turned against my credit a brand new price for a 10 year-old piece of equipment worst company ever I will never use them and I will talk to anyone. I can out of using them I hope they go out of business.
