I've been a WOW Internet customer now for about 9 years and the Internet has been awesome, but I'm considering switching service providers because WOW lied to me when they told me my bill would never increase per the promo agreement I was given about 4 months ago, but it did increase. I've had a few deaths in my family recently and only keep your service for so my family can enjoy it because I work Full time plus and I've never cared for liars. J.L. Hamilton
They put box on wall and did not ask, now I have holes in my wall from big screws, really SUCKS there service is really BAD!!!
If only I could give zero stars. We have frequent outages. Today being one of them where there was a WOW worker working on something in our neighborhood, next thing we know us and a large number of our neighbors lost internet(we live in a big neighborhood and the only provider we are FORCED to use is WOW). We get on the phone with 3 people from WOW explaining the technician in the area must of damaged something because a bunch of us lost internet. The absolute worst!
My apartment complex is contracted with this company & they are awful. You can’t ever get the help you need & they will charge you for services when you can’t even get ahold of them. I can’t even use another company because of the contract the complex has with them.
