The reviews are so poor for this company, that another one probably doesn't even matter. When you sign up with with them, they tell you that you will get $10/month discount with YouTube TV. When you don't get the discount, they say that they can't do anything & that I have to take it up with YouTube. And how do you call YouTube? Exactly, good luck getting a hold of anyone. They need to get rid of that fake promotion - false advertising.

The wow location closer to my house with the listed address was an empty lot and nothing there. Then, visited the one closer to Panama City Beach but, there was no way of tracking plus someone could have just opened the drop box and reached in there to take out stuff out. So, FedEx seemed to be the most reliable and safest option.

Ordered "self-install" WiFi service and modem. It's a WIRED connection. It arrived and I plugged it in. It is an Xfinity router and has a force pop-up to download Xfinity app to setup my internet. Had to make an appt for a tech to come out. Already an awful experience.

1-Star Google Review for WOW! Internet Intentional Scam to Charge “Unreturned Equipment Fees” Service canceled Nov 4, 2025. Since Oct 21, I’ve begged for a pre-paid return box/label.
