For those of you using WOW internet service or considering using their service, I would like to share with you my horrible experience with them. A few months ago, a technician came on our street (Tierra Verde Trail) and ran a new tap for a house at the end of our cul de sac. When this happened, somehow my existing tap was affected and I lost service. I called and had a new tap ran, which had to be ran from the hub across the street from my house and sitting on top of the asphalt. I was told it would be buried within 2 weeks.... read more

Good luck cancelling service and getting a refund on your account when doing do. Worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Phone calls go to an India call center that have no supervisors to talk to. They owe me a credit for services overpaid. The only way to stop their monopolistic and unfair practices is to file a class action lawsuit. Any other clients or attorneys out there willing to assist/join? They are theirs. Give you a discount for auto pay. Then don’t take it out but ever other month and charge late fees for the month they didn’t charge. They do this ever other month. It’s a scam to get you singed into auto pay. Use any other company if you don’t want to have a company intentionally steal from you. They will offer to give you a credit for them not doing auto pay. Soo if you want a company that constantly tries to cheat and steal your money then this is the one. Wish I could leave a zero star review.

Charged me twice then disconnected my service because I canceled one of the payments. They weren’t even showing the second payment on their system but funny enough after I reversed it, they disconnected service. So I guess it was showing after all wasn’t it? Stay far from these fools. Their service is wack and they will double charge you.

Internet never worked, even when plugged into LAN data tests showed about 4-8% of the time signals are dropped. Had a tech come out and say our cable was from the 1960s.... This house was built in the 90s... But okay, sure, let's say someone held onto the cable for 30 years and installed it in here. Tech said we needed and electrician to come install a new cable.
