I’m so Wowed by Wow once again lol. Cables laying in the street for one install and attached to trees for another. No danger here.
if i could give 0 stars i would give -10. wow is the worst internet company on the planet. the service is awful all the time. the customer support is terrible. the pricing is about the same as everyone else. the apartment complex i live at has a wow contract and if i could get rid of them i would but it’s the only internet they offer. i’ve lived here for 2.5 years and this internet is always a problem.
They make it to hard to cancel
No one's here and the building looks abandoned. The sign on the road says "LOBBY CLOSED". if you're looking to speak someone, do not come here. It is only a place for dropping off equipment. Google has listed hours as closed 24/7 and now I see why, it's not an error.
They need to take their support lines out of India and the Philippines and put them back in the United States. They don’t send return boxes to new addresses, they then will charge you for the unreturned equipment and then send your refund to your old address even though they have the new address because you get the box finally after you’ve been charged and the equipment has been returned only to wait another three weeks for them to send the card to the wrong address instead of just putting the refund back in the same account... read more
