Don’t ever use this company!!! Service constantly goes out. When you call for technical support to resolve problems they can’t fix problem. They always want to send a service technician and with a week wait for appointment. Sorry Sorry Service!!!
Only 1 star given to be allowed to give a review. This has been 1 of the worst interactions with a company I have experienced. The installation was rescheduled several times with a technician physically coming out twice to inform me in person the phone service couldn’t be ported over. I was told to call my existing company to set up the port, even though this was scheduled and a third party was brought on the line to authorize the change in service. I have had knology then it become Wow for 30 years and just recently I started having trouble with my email I called and they could not help me so now I don’t have email access. I don’t have any office to go to to have any help. I’m just fed up with them Do not recommend this service at all anymore. I used to be good not anymore.
For a service that was set up entirely online, one can safely assume that paperless statements should not be the default. Defaulting on paper statements and charging $4 a month to do so is intentional and scummy. Charging someone something completely preventable first, and then giving an option to opt out is unethical.
