The lobby is permanently closed, but there are drop boxes for payments or for returning equipment once you drop their service.
This company claims 99.9% internet stability yet my internet goes down almost every other day. I even had a technician come out to check everything and they said everything was 'fine'. One of the worst ISP's out there.
