This company claims 99.9% internet stability yet my internet goes down almost every other day. I even had a technician come out to check everything and they said everything was 'fine'. One of the worst ISP's out there.
Omg. I hate i never looked at these reviews first. 2 days in. Horrible . Tech needed a tech to install. Lol. Nuts. 2nd day no services. .
Internet will always go out and they make you go through an hour troubleshooting process every time you call as if it’s not them that are consistently the issue. And then they schedule a technician to come out like 3 days later. If you need internet for work or anything critical, do not use this provider.
