They did my eyebrows two years ago. They messed them up by a student called. The owner never responded. Finally I was able to make an appointment with her. They were she was going to charge me as the owner, which is more money when I got there. I waited almost an hour, and she was gonna send me again to another student is not waste of time or your money go somewhere else, they dont have any professionalism when it comes to customer service.
Very Impersonal. The Technician didnt bother to look at my face. She just told me to lay down. She made my eyebrows completely different and tried to convince me they were Straight!!!!Not the least bit interested in fixing either. Seriously Worse Experience Ever!
Do yourself a favor just because they post pictures that doesnt mean that your eyebrows will come out looking like that. I got my eyebrows done last June waited for weeks to get the touchup and then she said wait about 4 to 5 weeks to see you the actual outcome. When another month pass by I saw how uneven and I even had lines that she **** that did not connect to my eyebrows. When I send pictures then she said shell redo them with no additional cost. Horrible experience! Upon giving your feedback on their poor handling of services and unskilled workers, the owner responds to the feedback and reviews by defending them rather than checking on her unprofessional and unskilled employees. They work on peoples faces and this is the kind of attitude they have. Ridiculous!
The staff at WOW GIRL NYC is RUDE. I asked for Thread Lift because they advertise it on their website. She said they are not offering it anymore. I simply asked if she could give me the name of the person who does the Thread Lift because I can tell by her videos that she does good work. She said NO! Asked why and explained that I would like to try to find if she is still providing the service at another office since they dont offer it anymore. Paid $500 full for my eyebrows micro blading/ombre but I end up having to do my eyebrows every day regardless smh they were different shapes and way off and done my owner. They might have one or two people that know what theyre doing but other than that I would not recommend this place I would not go there again, so unprofessional now I have to pay to go somewhere else and have them done again the professional way, the way they should have been from the beginning.
HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR MICROBLADING!! Walked in and was handed the ipad to fill out my information while numbing cream was placed on face. After some time, was taken to get stretch of my eyebrows.Consultant just **** them on my face without asking how I wanted my eyebrows to be microbladed. horrible mistake i made. i should have read the review here. i really wish i did. i told them specifically make it natural but you guessed it right. it came out like painted or sharpied. of course i did contact them and i was told dont worry its not permanent, it will fade out. what kind of customer service is that ?
