I needed some carpeting cut, re-stretched, and tucked in under a newly installed base cabinet. Luis and his son accepted my request around 10:30am and agreed to come by at the end of their last scheduled appointment. A bit after 7pm they arrived and in no time had my office looking great again. I very much appreciate their willingness to meet my needs in the same day as there is a baby shower this weekend that we wanted to prepare for. Now we can happily. Thanks Luis and son. Steve

These guys were very quick to call at first. Came out to give me a free estimate. I was told from my initial call that they would be able to do the repair the same day as my estimate. Luis came and gave me my estimate and told me that he had other jobs and would let me know later when he'd be able to stop by. I heard nothing from them until two days later and an hour and a half in advance to their next available appointment that they could come fix my carpet. When the carpet cleaning company we hired to clean and stretch our carpets had an equipment malfunction and wasn't able to finish the job on the Saturday before we had new tenants moving in, we were in a real bind. I called Luis at Wow Flooring and Carpets on Saturday afternoon to see if he could help us out. Although he was already booked for the day, he told me he could be at our house Sunday morning to clean and stretch our carpet. My hardwood floors look amazing! This was my first time using Wow Flooring & Carpets. Everything about them was great: great customer service, great pricing, and a great installation. There were no problems at all, they stood behind everything they told us, They were absolutely wonderful, very easy to work with. I'm actually setting up a second job with them. I would recommend anyone to go call Luis.
