Really enjoyed living here the location is great and the building is well kept. I’ve found the management staff to be helpful and fast.
Loved living in my apartment managed by Wow Development, the office staff was so helpful and friendly and the apartment was so well maintained!
Lived in one of their buildings for a year. Anytime I had problems they quickly fixed it after a simple Matinence request. Clean building nice upgraded appliances.
This is one of the best apartment management groups I have lived in. Living in this apartment (2343 W Ainslie St) was an incredible experience. The space was modern and spacious, with beautiful natural light and high quality finishes. The location was unbeatable, close to everything yet peaceful. The amenities were fantastic, and the management team was always responsive and friendly. It truly felt like a place to call home. Lastly I had the best neighbors 💙
