I have been to the Waltham office a couple of times and had a positive experience every time. The front desk staff and doctors were kind and professional. The place is nice and clean. However, my recent visit was not very positive. It was the last appointment of the day. The dentist was probably tired or just looked at me and assumed I didn’t know any better. The dentist and staff were great with my toddler daughter. They were very patient and kind to her. My daughter left with a big smile and a balloon. Additionally, the staff was very understanding and accommodating when my daughter got sick, and we had to reschedule a couple of times. They are flexible and very good at explaining everything. Highly recommend.
