I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! NEVER BUY FROM WOW CARGO! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Recently I made a purchase of an enclosed trailer from Wow Cargo. I was clear as to the specifications and manufacturers I wanted. My salesman, stated “Sure and we can do it for X Dollars.” I made a deposit and 2 weeks later got a message saying the trailer was ready. I purchased a cargo trailer from Wow Cargo trailers in Cochran GA. When I went to pick it up...representative Kim sat me down to go over paperwork...in the process she wanted me to spend 1000$ on an " Insurance and repair" policy. After I asked many questions pertaining to this policy about how it works and what it cover...Kim assured me it was worth the money. I bought it. Low and behold it was a scam. The first icon should be a red flag. 🚩. This is not a trailer company you would want to do business with. They are dishonest and not a worthy company. I specifically asked to go through a finance company. Luckily I payed attention but they tried to get their money and run and set me up with a leasing company which in result they would have doubled their money off the trailer. With prices of eggs now…. You would think everyone would take in consideration of other peoples money.
If I could give the zero stars or below that is what you would see!!! I have filed a complaint with the Georgia consumer affairs office on this company's business practices. They are a dishonest business, only worried about making a buck, not concerned what the consequences of their actions cause. I put a down payment on a trailer with them using a credit card. We just purchased a new enclosed trailer from WOW in Chochran Georgia. John Sheffield was our salesman and we couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was very professional, straight up and had great communication with us through out the sale. He went above and beyond to help satisfy us. I will definitely recommend him to others.
