Wound Tech is apparently owned and operated from India. They do not communicate well with their technicians and do not provide enough supplies to their technicians. I hear the wound technicians' concerns about supplies every time they come. They also share that the lack of communication with scheduling is not sufficient. When you call you get an operator from India and is not even aware of the lab results nor has empathy for the patient. Don't join this company
Had this company before and they were wonderful. The techs were great and healed my wound. 6 months later it reopened. Company policy changed. Could only come once a week and tech turnover was so often I never knew who was coming . Techs are real nice but not happy with their new policies. That may be why so many techs left.
Bad experience. I would stay away.
