Had this company before and they were wonderful. The techs were great and healed my wound. 6 months later it reopened. Company policy changed. Could only come once a week and tech turnover was so often I never knew who was coming . Techs are real nice but not happy with their new policies. That may be why so many techs left.
Bad experience. I would stay away.
Today tried to get the wound care set back up with my son and they refused my son lied about an altercation on the phone and denied to help my son. This company is unprofessional and denied care over a lie of an altercation that never happened. I had previously had no problems the last time we had care through them sad this is how they would treat a medically needy person very disappointing.
