Have had a wonderful time with Wounds to Wisdom and Mayra. She has a great approach to modern psychology and provides insight and helps unlock a better you! Appreciate all the book recommendations and discussions with the topics they discuss, allowing me to guide sessions sometimes and sometimes need help and rely on her to lead, and making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I’ve definitely seen a lot of improvement in myself and how I see the world! I’m in a much better than now than before.
