Experience with all hospitals in the area. Both times we brought my mother here we had to bring her back or to the hospital. What on earth are they doing??? First time missed a stitch on her head and she bled out now on her foot. Hope they don’t take this down and it saves you a trip.
The nursing staff was absolutely amazing in this facility. They tried very hard to compensate for the horrific behavior of one specific doctor. Not all the doctors there did we have a bad experience with, it was one specific Doctor Who I cannot name due to privacy.
I signed up for a complimentary consult back in March. I told the person on the phone that I was pretty sure I didn't want to do it because I didn't think I would qualify from an insurance perspective. The agent reassured me it was a no-cost appointment, that I had nothing to lose by doing the consult. So, I signed up. I ultimately decided not to pursue it, but was slapped with a $470 bill for the brief consult. Today was my last day with woundcare at Morristown. To say it was bittersweet is an understatement. While I’m so happy that my wound is healed and I don’t have to come back, I can’t say I won’t miss Dr. Williams, and the nurses (Andrew, Lissette, Lauren) and the wonderful ladies at the front desk. I had the best experience here and highly recommend. Thank you all!!!
