The nurses were truly exceptional. They are incredibly friendly and kind. They showed genuine concern about my care. They are very professional and helpful. They calmed my nerves due to me having white coat syndrome. They made my weekly visits a pleasant experience. They are all truly great. From Dr. Chang, the nurses and the receptionist. I am grateful for the care I received.
Nurses and staff are awesome but i had a bad experience with the wound Clinic doctor kept stopping treatment on me when I was not finished healing and after 6 months of wrapping my leg I had to restart treatment within a month it got worse and had to continue another 5 months of wrapping and then this doctor stopped again when I wasn't finished healing and It got worse again and this time I refused to go back to this doctor and the other doctor finally healed my wound after another 6 months of wraps.
I’m eating a 1 because the initial scheduler was very helpful and concerned she give the stars . I get a call from another scheduler saying the doctor want to cancel my appointment because he don’t want to treat my condition behind another surgeon . ITS AN OPEN WOUND ! You are a Wound care center. The next person I speak with is a nurse , she says because I have Kaiser and out of pocket payments is illegal if I have medical insurance. Thanks to Dr. Shelton, my wound is healed. From my first appt with Dr. Shelton, my wound started healing faster. The Doctor was knowledgeable, explained things, and really took care of my wound. The nurses, receptionists, assistants were all experienced, professional, and pleasant. I feel I received excellent care in this office. Thank you to the fantastic Dr. Shelton, and his wonderful staff. I highly recommend Doctor Shelton and this office. Bravo to a job well done.
Amazing staff!!! The care and concern was outstanding and I cant say enough good things and the treatment I received there. A big part of recovery is mental and they were instrumental in getting through that journey.
