The front staff and nurses are amazing. They are friendly, welcoming and have great follow up, just like all medical staff should be. Dr Mills is not as friendly and does not use more recent developments for wound care. My grandmother has been going to her for 4 years for a wound and telling us it'll never heal completely. It kept opening up and we would start the process over with Mills, many, many times. The two ladies at the front did a great job with taking care of me. Dr. Mills does a great job. She can be harsh but so can I as well. We butter heads at times. I also think Dr. Titzer does a great job. I was discharged before I was healed because of missed appointments which are my fault. I have had a couple family members who had health issues.
