Nurse practitioner Erin Horn is an exceptional asset to the Wound Center! She is patient oriented, exceptionally diagnostic of my issues, helpful in suggesting my adjustments and very committed to her medical service! All nurses are clearly skilled and committed to fulfilling their responsibilities! I am recommending the Spartanburg Regional Wound Center to anyone who might benefit from it.
The care IN the Wound Center is great but the customer service afterward is not. My mother has chronic wounds. She has been cared for monthly for several months. They finally have given her a treatment that has improved her situation. The problem is we cannot get the supplies ourselves. They have to be ordered though a physician. She was told that would be done for her but she is now out of the supplies given to her. I have called but NO ONE will return a phone call.
Poor wait over a hour for app and still not seen. People who have came in after me going back and a very rude Receptionist.
