I find that this wound care facility is better than most. However, they are part of Healogics,who, in my opinion, is the worst thing that ever happened in wound care. However, they are still the best I've had in the last 15 yrs
Went here for over a year for 3 days a week and honestly just kept getting infections repeatedly. Then I lost insurance called and canceled my appointments since lost insurance and about a month and half later I get a letter stating due to not scheduling appointments and missing appointment I cannot come there as a patient. The only time I missed a appointment was due to car accident which I called was never a no show and other than that I went to all appointments scheduled. This is a great wound care clinic on a scale of 1 to 10 I give a 10+. Everyone is efficient and the atmosphere is great starting at the front desk with Angie. Dr. Shapiro and her nurses are the best. They all deserve 5+ stars. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
