Very disappointed. It’s been over a year since I visited the tradition location. Poor bedside on part of the provider and neglected to do the basics. Only good thing was that they referred me to a different provider. The RN was nice nurse tech had a good work ethic . That being said my husband had a nasty infected wound suffered immensely and treatment was prolonged. I didn’t know then what I know now about wound care and the very basics were not done..

Why bother making an appointment when they keep canceling it. Very disrespectful for them to call after 4pm to cancel an appointment for the next day. We are 45 minutes away and have to make huge arrangements to clear our schedule for the whole afternoon so that we can be at the appointment. At this point, we're looking into alternatives. Cleveland Clinic and their Would Center is a complete waste of time!

The nurses Rose and Adrienne are excellent. HOWEVER the Doctor treated my infected foot which stated as a infected callus, 3 days a week for a year. I ended up losing part of my foot to amputation. Always get second opinion. In hindsight the limited use of antibiotics and follow up cultures was their short coming.
