Poor communication by field providers. They gave misinformation and excuses when not arriving at all. After notifying their office of this, that doctor retaliated by stopping further treatment for chronic painful wounds leaving an elderly woman in pain to fend for herself. The office confirmed it's because his feelings were hurt.
