I try to get appointment but front desk girl very very rude she never give me appointment so I went memorial harman woodland wound care every one very very nice I never go again Methodist willobrook
You could not guarantee who you would see when you came in; continuity of care is critical in wound healing. Pictures are not good enough. Worse than that, certain doctors were condescending. The home health nurses they recommended were inadequate and accused us of "hoarding supplies" --supplies that we purchased ourselves and not through an agency. [2021]
I want to share this story about Willowbrook wound care center I want to give thanks to the entire staff especially dr. Lee he saved my life Wednesday December 24th he told me to go to the emergency room because I had a blood clot which I did he saved my life thanks dr. Lee and the entire staff at the Willowbrook wound care center you guys have a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year God bless
The wait was a bit long but the visit was worth it, the doctor answered all my questions and didn’t rush through my visit at all! The nurses were very friendly and informative. I was very pleased with my visit.
Very unsatisfied with this place! The place is not clean. The doctor I saw seem to know less than his assistance and have absolutely no bedside manners at all! He asked me a rhetorical question and expects me to answer. Did he think I was stupid? I went in for an gash and had the open wound exposed to infected water where there were reports of dead fishes in that water due to ITC spill. What did the doctor do? He had his people simply clean simply clean my leg, applied lidocaine and then pressed on the area, asked if it hurt... read more
