The above review about the receptionist being nasty is absolutely correct! She couldn't find me in their system and I just had a $100,000 new knee put in 6 weeks ago at an Ohio health hospital! She was so nasty! I will be talking to someone in customer service at the main hospital this morning about her! Beware of her before you call wound care at Grant Hospital!
Hands down the best place I love going to my appointments Rebecca my nurse goes far and beyond her job. She makes sure everything is fine with me before I leave. The whole staff is amazing down to the receptionist
