I highly recommend the Wound Care Center! Dr. Mistry is awesome. Got a great bedside manor and is like a dog with a bone when it comes to healing wounds..... he doesn't give up. I had a hole in my foot I'd been fighting for over 6 months when I became their patient. Dr. Misery had it healed in a few months. Did I say he is awesome LOL. I've never seen a Dr's office where ALL the staff is always pleasant before. Always at least one butthole but not at Wound Care Center of Toccoa!!!
Dr. MISTRY and all the staff are really amazing people. Me and my husband never got frustrated with going once a week; and it was only because the staff was so awesome and Dr. Mistry really took time with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. We definitely will sing their praises and refer anyone that is going through a hard time with a bad wound.
The staff here is the best
5 weeks after open heart surgery (tripple bi-pass, heart ascending artery dissection repair, and 2 new heart valves) i had a new wound appear in the leg which was dripping clear fluid every 1-2 minutes for over 3 days. The wound was swelling, a bit red and soaking new large gauze coverings in minutes. I was very concerned. It was 4 days till I go back to Emory at 2 hours away.
