The staff here are ALL amazing! This was my first visit ever to a wound clinic and I'm so happy it was here and not the place my doctors PA called. First we got lucky to get the appointment. Second from the moment I had to speak with anyone, it was pleasant. The lady behind the window at the desk was so nice and friendly. She even offered to let me wear her sweater if I needed it. It's been a while since I was there last but I think of Dr Yellenik everytime I look at my leg scar. He saved me after those hacks from UPMC Wound Care in Cranberry made my wounds worse. He and his staff are the nicest people. I am a big sissy about pain but they all were so sweet and so patient I still think of them all foundly and are so thankful for them finally healing my leg wound. If you need wound care I cant recommend this place enough.
The staff at the Kennedy wound center is caring, patient, friendly and professional. The time they took to explain and demonstrate how to care for my mom’s surgical skin injuries was on point. I called on a Wednesday and they fit her in on Friday. By the following Friday her wound was healed. They also provided everything we needed to care for her at home. The place was very clean. No need to list all the things these folks did right as it would take too long. Suffice it to say, THEY ARE GREAT. Easy to schedule, seen in a timely manner, and felt like I really mattered. Thank you.
