We sent our son here when he moved to College Station and we assumed it would be a straightforward wound care visit. He was already going to a clinic in Dallas and decided to go here when he joined A&M. I would not trust this place ever. My wife who is fighting glioblastoma had an appointment scheduled for wound care. When I called to confirm my wife’s appointment I was told that my wife called and cancelled the appointment. This is totally impossible as my wife is blind and cannot use a phone. When I asked to speak with the person in charge I was told that the reason the appointment was cancelled was because my wife was in the hospital, which is totally untrue. Very friendly & professional staff. They take care of your needs in a quick and fast pace. Also very informative on what and how you need to manage your wound at home between appointments.
