Our woundcare journey has ended at this time with amazing results! We thank Maureen in the office, RNs, and Dr. Mohammed for their time, caring and persistence! Erin NP, our most recent care team member, was also exceptional! Santa Rosa woundcare team is a very valuable asset. Again Thank you.
From the time I entered in the office space it was the best experience. Maureen was friendly, instructive and kind with me filling out paperwork. Then the nurse Ann brought me back into patients room. She was kind and made me feel comfortable. Then Dr Cindy came and worked on my wound. She was gentle and informative on my situation with my foot. Then Caytlin came in and put my walking cast on. Everyone was nice, friendly and made you feel comfortable. I was very welcomed by the staff here! Very professional group! Meet all my needs and expectations to get me better! Dr. Lewis is very great, also informative & professional on all my visits, definitely would recommend her!! Her nurse Kaitlyn super awesome 🤩 & also very professional & welcoming answered any & all questions I had!! Maureen at the front desk very polite & professional!!
Nice people but unacceptable prices. Made two visits towards end of year that cost me nothing as I had reached my deductible. Follow up appointment they wanted $1300 . Would have involved changing a bandage that I found online for $8.00. No thanks.
My treatment has been good here. 2nd time in 2 yrs for different wounds. Not impressed with their billing practices. They want payment up front even with insurance. Not very timely sending bill. Update. After it was all over months later they sent me a refund for overpayment of over 1000 dollars. At 125 dollars per visit at 3 times a week was a tough way to go. They got you over a barrel so what can you do.
