Terrible customer service, communication, and mismanagement of the sales process. Over the past month I'd been discussing the purchase of a Q-pod with John Hancock, owner of Wotpods. John told me he had a Q-pod in stock, he sent me images, video's and a price. I told John I would like to proceed and agreed on the price for this Q-pod.
