Horrible Customer Service We went to Worzella for family photos recently and had a horrible experience with getting our prints. We were told that they would be ready in 3-4 weeks. A day after the 4 week mark I called to ask if they had an estimate and was told by Kyle (the owner) that they had printed, but needed to be put together. He said that someone would call me the following day (which was a Thursday) to be picked up. We never received a call so I waited until the following Tuesday and called just after they opened. Great work, but expensive They have very skilled photographers, great set ups and very helpful staff. The quality of the photos is top notch, but it comes with a large price tag. They really do great photography, it is just signifcantly higher than most photographers, but it can be worth it depending on the occassion. PROS: high quality photos, helpful staff CONS: expensive
