Dr. Worthington I wanted to like so badly but she seemed cold from our first interaction . I believe it was because I needed her to help me thru my mental struggles that I was experiencing and very much am still experiencing. Dr. Worthington is a thorough, attentive, culturally-informed, and flexible clinician with outstanding expertise in the field of psychiatry, and true care and compassion for her clients. Her approach is client-centered, where she works in tandem with you, as a co-pilot: centering your needs and your agency and it pertains to your own health. I highly recommend her and her practice.
I've been a patient of Dr. Worthington for 4 years now. Dr. Worthington takes time to listen to my concerns and provides thoughtful insight. She has even given some pointers basd off of her experience in the work force. Dr. Worthington has made a significant difference in my mental health journey. i felt lucky to be assigned to her.

Dr.Worthington has been an invaluable part of my care team for 2 years now. I love her wholistic approach to psychiatry. In my experience with psychiatrists she’s one of a few that offered talk therapy. She has never pushed medication on me without long and careful consideration. She is compassionate, attentive, and organized. Working with her has changed my life by helping me find lasting tools to cope with life’s up and downs.
