Personally I think this place is great. Always service with a smile, special requests or timelines easily accomodated, etc. And I dont feel that their prices are out of line. People need to understand the concept of paying for knowledge, paying for what is essentially the rental of a skill they do themselves possess. Can I sharpen my own tools? Sure Can I screw up a \$65 drill bit or a \$200 cutter. You bet. That is why Im a loyal customer.
