I’ve just started my CrossFit journey, and being older, out of shape, and a bit intimidated, I was nervous at first. Joining CrossFit Worthy is one of the best decisions I have made towards my overall health goals. Not only has it greatly improved my physical health, but my mental and emotional health as well. Great place for working out! I was in the area for work, and I visited for a CrossFit drop-in. The facilities are very clean, well equipped, and the staff is very friendly.
