I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this, but Alisha makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never enjoyed massages because of the pain, but this experience was way better than anything. It’s not a massage but a stretch and release of tension. The energy work was amazing too. Alisha really wants you to get the most out of the experience. I can’t wait to try it again!
I had a Thai Yoga session yesterday. It was a very powerful experience! Not only could I feel tension and stress leaving my body as she worked through, I also saw some visions and beautiful colors. I feel invigorated and excited about today and my future! She also gave my wife and I techniques we could use to work on one another’s emotional areas on our bodies❤️ We look forward to another session. If you are on the fence about having a session, wait no longer, because YOU are Worthy AF!! 🙌
