My house closed last Thursday, June 20th. Worthmore Realty, which was the selling agent has still not removed the "for sale" sign or taken the lock box off of my front door. I was at my new home this afternoon (Sunday, June 23) preparing for my move and three (3) people approached the front door thinking that the house was still on the market. TERRIBLE-worst real estate agent I have experienced. As a first time homebuyer, I was disappointed with the whole experience. I am almost tempted to just wait to buy a house. I can't believe the horrific experience and Mr. Sherwood's lack of professionalism and need to help me with my concerns. The staff was not pleasant either.STAY AWAY from this company!
