Not a pleasant experience really. The reception and surgery was certainly not clean. Thick black dust all around ledges etc. Dr ...no hello, unkempt and gave me a prescription I didn't ask for. Told me to come back in a month without asking me why I was there. I left got in my car and told previous Doctors surgery not to transfer my details as was not going back. Told reception they needed to get a decent cleaner the place was scruffy and disorganised.
I have been recommended by a who has been seeing Dr Worthily for decades. I have had s few meetings with this doctor and find him thorough old school and very proficient. Dr Worthily is an elderly gentleman and I asked my long term friend "Why does this man not retire and leave the good life. My friend replied because he actually cares about his clients and the community and works with bulk billing" this doctor is a rare gem in my opinion
Over 15 years at this practice, a life issue comes up that has me 400kms away. Refused a phone appointment. At a loss as to why so nasty.
Been seeing Dr Worthley for over 10 years. Currently looking after my mother with dementia 400kms away and they refuse to do a phone appointment for me for a repeat script. Unfortunately. Absolutely shattered. Still sick as a dog.
