It's no wonder they're going out of business. I bought a snowmobile trailer in December and a few months later I brought it back because the side panels weren't sticking & they installed the wrong post jack. They pointed out a roof panel wasn't sticking and mentioned they would correct this was well. Once I get back home I found their idea of repair was 8 sheet metal screws and blobs of silicone absolutely ruining the waterproof intent behind a 1 piece seamless & screwless roof. I ordered a Worthington trailer ten years ago, and it has served me very well. I contacted the factory to have some repair work done due to very heavy use off-road, and was very impressed with the excellent quality of the work they did as well as the very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, and will be ordering my next trailer from them.
I have sent them two emails and called them asking for information regarding parts for a Worthington trailer I have and have never gotten a response. Customer service is apparently non-existent. Spend your $$ on a company that responds to their customers.
I purchased a Worthington trailer from a friend, several end caps on the side rails were missing. I phoned Worthington Trailers and they could not have been more helpful to ship the replacement parts immediately. Yesterday, I again phoned them in regards to whether I could have a ramp gate added to my tilt bed, they quickly replied they can do what ever I want, quoted me a price and were extremely accommodating. I could not expect any better customer service and am extremely pleased.
