This is the first time I have experienced bad treatment from the management, especially the landlord. He told us that we will be the first to rent this apartment, but after that he did not fulfill his promise. The same thing happened to the main office. They told us that they would call us later, but they did not call.
Unsafe for Any Family We moved in hoping for a safe home — instead, we got a bed bug-infested nightmare. We had to throw out all our beds, live in fear, and deal with unhelpful, disrespectful staff who showed zero empathy and blamed us instead of taking responsibility. As a family, we felt ignored, mistreated, and completely abandoned. This place is not safe, not clean, and definitely not run by people who care.
☆☆☆☆ WORST EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS This has been one of the worst renting experiences of my life. After moving in, we discovered a massive bed bug infestation in our apartment. We found bugs crawling on our bed, walls, and belongings. We had to throw away all our furniture just to protect ourselves — losing hundreds of dollars.
