My first time having an apartment experience, here has not been good. Overall, the facility is nice, which is why I chose it in the first place and a reasonable price, but it comes unreasonable when I keep running into uncomfortable issues. The first issue I ran into was the fact that I don’t even smoke cigarettes and I have a liquor cigarette smell in my apartment. I have been through three owners since moving to the community in 2020. I have also had two apartments in the community. I down sized. I have had some personal issues that have come up , not due to the community, and the Champion team have always tried to find a solution for me and my family. I can honestly say this is the safest place I have lived. My neighbors are great and it's quite and peaceful. It actually feels like home here. If you have a family it's perfect because it's a safe quiet place.
I can’t say enough good things about this complex. My boyfriend and I moved in almost two months ago and have been loving it! It’s hard to come by good management teams for apartments these days so being met with the amount of kindness we were from the start was already the biggest plus, you can really tell how much they care for their tenants.
