I only have great things to say about Worthington Ridge and The Champion Companies. We are vendors at this property and staff/maintenance are professional and a pleasure to work with. They genuinely care about their residents and place a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean, well kept community.
I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The apartment is very cozy and feels like home. The appliances are all modern and new, which has been a great bonus. Management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed help. Maintenance staff are also excellent. They respond in a timely manner, follow-up on requests, and are always polite and courteous. Overall, this has been a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this community to others.
We service recycling here, olivia and beau have always been helpful with any concerns. Which is very few since the community always seems quite.
Management is rude and terrible ! The maintenance man doesn’t fix anything I’m convinced he doesn’t know what he’s doing . I never had an issue with the following property managers Aiden & Bobby they were wonderful! They’re the reason why I even moved here . The new management that took their place is just down right terrible I definitely would not recommend renting from them !
