As someone who was making an entire life change- moving to a new state, starting a new job, learning a new neighborhood- Worthington Ridge has been the best! The staff are all so caring, kind, and absolutely responsive to any issues (which are not many) that I have faced. My central AC did stop working- but maintenance came promptly, and actually offered me a portable unit until mine could be fixed. Me and my Wife moved into Worthington Ridge and so far our experience has been very positive. The community feels welcoming, the environment is well-maintain, and it's been a comfortable place to call home. I love the office area, its grater feature that makes living here even better. We been liking living here and look forward to more great experiences as residents.
Packages never came up missing even when sitting for 8 hours , Maintenance would show up next day After request was put in , First apartment that ever was fair about return on deposit . If They have availability take it - Only reason I moved was because we had another baby and we needed 3 bedrooms(they only go up to 2). Pictures on listing actually match what you see in person . Neighbors are friendly and management actually cares and responds to emails .
My first time having an apartment experience, here has not been good. Overall, the facility is nice, which is why I chose it in the first place and a reasonable price, but it comes unreasonable when I keep running into uncomfortable issues. The first issue I ran into was the fact that I don’t even smoke cigarettes and I have a liquor cigarette smell in my apartment.
