I walk into Worthington Optimal looking like a tired dad who's lost a fight with Father Time. I walk out feeling like a new man. Dr. Pat and the entire team are outstanding. Highly recommend. Unless, of course, you enjoy pain, poor posture and making old-man noises every time you stand up. Then this place probably isn't for you.
The team did a thorough analysis when I got started and has done a wonderful job since. It’s always easy to schedule a visit and wait times are consistently low from when I walk in the door to when I get my adjustment.
Dr. Harris is great, I was having lower back pain that really limited my range of motion and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and frustrated. After a few weeks of seeing her regularly I have basically no pain and full range of motion back.
Mike expertise in massage works out all the problem areas and he gears his therapeutic technique to meet my needs. Excellent massage!
