Personally, I have found this apartment complex to be very frustrating to live in. It often takes months for maintenance issues to be resolved, and there seems to be a significant lack of communication among the staff, which only adds to the frustration. Another ongoing issue is the pool. It is rarely open when it should be and is never properly prepared at the start of the season.
