We've been staying here 3-4 times a year for over 13 years, and this was only our second visit since the sale. The first visit after the sale was extremely disappointing and we did return to Ft Lauderdale since, but stayed at other hotels. We decided to give this place another opportunity and unfortunately, our recent experience was disappointing as well.
